The more wide sweeping the impact of change, the greater the need for effective organisational and communicative activities within the company. Our focus is on change in evolution (usually growth) or transformation (e.g., reorganisation, transaction, split-up). We support company management through our capacity and many years of practical experience on the ground in their industry. We take on tasks in managing the measures within the company management or the management team.

We know the principles of change management and of the individual development phases of a company. We have dealt intensively with the typical pitfalls and regularities and experienced their cause-and-effect principles ourselves as entrepreneurs or CxOs. Because of we outside of the company, we are not blind to the business and can objectively point out blind spots, unfavourable constellations, strengths, or weaknesses to entrepreneurs. We can help shape and accompany the growth of business organisations.

Our strength: Due to our own expertise and the view from outside of the company, we can form scenarios and anticipate foreseeable developments without operational pressure to act. In this way, we can point to existing or foreseeable imbalances or threats as well as to strengths or opportunities that need to be promoted. As an external change master, we can apply our relevant practical experience and resource to the clients’ operational business as free as possible from conflicts of interest with operational units.

“Change Management” is a synonym; the actual definition of our role or the extent of our involvement depends on each individual company situation.

As part of our C-level change management activities at C-level, we also take on dedicated in-house roles with our clients or we support the definition and implementation as well as the filling of these positions with the clients. In doing so, we always stay within our Enterneering® focus of working “on” the company.

The assignment as an in-house resource with our clients is usually done with an agreed basic or minimum contingent and a provision for additional or peak contingents. This provides clients with a minimum capacity that can be planned and an additional capacity that can be called upon when needed. Our business approach is not geared towards as many projects or clients as possible, but towards the most concentrated and focused project work possible for a smaller, but more targeted selection of projects.
